Our Services

Mediations can be booked online or by contacting Mediation Maven.  Payments are due at the time of booking to secure a date.  Payments may be made by check, credit cards and electronic transfers.    

Full day mediations are 8 hours and half day mediations are 4 hours and assume two parties.  More then two party mediations are billed an additional fee.  All mediations start at 9 a.m.  Every effort will be made to work with the parties to resolve their disputes until settlement or impasse.  Mediation Maven reserves the right to bill overtime time at $300/hour.  Mediations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Full day mediations will be held at Heights Mediation Center at 3605 Katy Freeway unless agreed to otherwise, and include lunch, WiFI and convenient, complimentary parking.

Exception pricing is available.  We are committed to helping parties with limited resources access effective dispute resolution.
